After their first few years of trading, many small and medium sized businesses start to face problems meeting their legal and compliance requirements in archiving and storing their documents, archives and promotional material. There just doesn’t seem to be sufficient space to store that extra document, or to archive bank statements that are two or three years old.

At Your Self Store, we have some small but highly secure units to accommodate storage for the smallest business, and larger units for those wishing to store additional items such as promotional materials. Fire detection equipment conforming to BS5839 protects the facility. We have a stringent no smoking policy and flammable materials are not allowed inside our facility. With our CCTV for safety and security, our clean and tidy premises, individually alarmed units and Pin code access, our storage facility is sure to tick all the boxes.

Routine & Emergency Document Retrieval Service

Document ArchiveProvided documents called for before 4:00pm, we can deliver documents the following day under our standard routine daily retrieval services. We also provide an emergency two-hour retrieval service for those in immediate need of their archive material. Solicitors and others in the legal profession are already using our document archive and retrieval services. Lawyers and other businesses are required to archive documents by the HMRC for a certain period of time.
